Jackie had a lengthy career in Information Technology. She credits ǿմý Junior College, now ǿմý, with providing a strong foundation for that work. “TJC’s Computer Science curriculum launched my 30-year career in Information Technology and prepared me for numerous executive management positions,” said Jackie. After graduating from TJC with an associate degree in Computer Science, she went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Finance.
Chosen out of 6,000 IT employees, Jackie served on a six-person task force for the WorldCom/MCI merger. In 1995, she was recognized as one of the Top 100 Women in Information Technology from IT World.
In addition to her career, Jackie has been an active community volunteer with the ǿմý Ballet and the Alzheimer’s Association, Oklahoma and Arkansas Chapters.
